Section 37
Salary Allowance

(1) If the employee receives salary and allowance from the day of resuming his post, he will also get allowance.
(2) The salaries and allowances received by the employees for working in the health service shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal from time to time.
(3) Except in the cases mentioned in section 39 or 73, every employee will get a salary increase of the specified amount after completing one year of service. However, when the salary increase is determined in this way, the number of salary increase will be matched so that the amount paid by the concerned employees does not decrease. As the withheld salary increase is released, the concerned authority should state in writing the date from which the salary increase will be received.
